Attending a funeral is not an experience one looks forward to. But it is interesting to see how people talk about the deceased. Stories about the one who has passed can tell even a stranger what type of person he or she was. It gives you a glimpse into the values they lived by, whether they loved, hard working, helpful, understanding, accepting, etc. Now, jot down what you would want people to say at your funeral. Attitude of Gratitude

What are you grateful for? You could probably name a few things. But are you consciously grateful for them each day, probably not? It’s not like you look at a loved one every day and think, “Thank god she is there in my life”. Being grateful is an important value to have. Not convinced? Take a minute and think about every time somebody has appreciated and thanked you for doing something. Felt good right? ‘Responsibility’ – Change your persepctive

Whenever you are given a responsibility, it feels like a burden. There is a certain amount of stress related to this word itself. Why is that? What if you change your meaning of the word in your mind? Would that work? Well, according to scientific research it does. The dictionary states, “the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or having control over someone”, as the dictionary meaning. Now change it in your mind to, “the ability to respond”.
